Porte is an independent advisory and coordination service for property owners and investors connected to Dubai. We help you scope your needs and we coordinate with regulated and licensed third parties on your behalf.

We are not a bank, lender, law firm, tax adviser, or licensed brokerage. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Where such advice or regulated activity is required, it is provided by the relevant regulated bank or licensed professional.

Our services may include, depending on what you request:

• Mortgage and equity-release coordination with regulated UAE banks;
• Off-plan real-estate introductions and buying support;
• Property management and short-term-rental management;
• Post-dated cheque handling, company formation support, and interior-design / fit-out;
• Introductions to licensed UAE law firms.

The exact scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement will be agreed with you separately in writing before work begins.

Any figures, estimates, calculators, yields, rates, or timelines shown on this website or shared during discussions are indicative only. They are not offers, valuations, or guarantees, and actual outcomes depend on third-party assessment, eligibility, market conditions, and approval.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information, to keep your contact details current, and to obtain your own independent advice before making any financial, legal, or investment decision.

We may introduce you to banks, developers, vendors, and licensed professionals. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or advice of those third parties, and your relationship with them is governed by their own terms.

Where fees apply, they will be disclosed and agreed in writing before you commit. Unless agreed otherwise, third-party costs (such as government fees, bank charges, or legal fees) are your responsibility.

All content on this website (text, branding, layout, and graphics) belongs to Porte or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photography is licensed stock used for illustration only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Porte is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from third-party services, market movements, or decisions you make based on indicative information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and aligns with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
